How to choose the right size for barn doors

Please note that as the barn doors in the below sizes are very wide and large, we will ship them unassembled (flat packed) to avoid possible damage during transit. You will need to put all the precut pieces together after receiving the doors. All the screws and tools needed are provided in the box as well.

Shipping Information

For barn doors, Our standard shipping cost (directly to your door) covers metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, and ACT (excluding WA, TAS and NT). For other places, please contact us to get a shipping cost before placing the order.
The standard shipping rate for one door is $79 or $99 depending on the door size. For each additional door, the shipping cost is added by $40. The shipping cost is capped at $279 or $299 depending on the door size.
- For hardware, we offer FREE shipping directly to your door anywhere in Australia.
- For handles, locks and accessories, the shipping cost is $10 per order. For orders over $120, it is free shipping.
- For pinewood barn doors, it usually takes 3-5 business days to get them ready to ship.
- If you order barn doors and hardware, due to the differences in package sizes, we ship them separately. They may arrive on different dates.
- A physical delivery address and contact number are required for delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- We offer Free Pick-up for barn doors from our store in Melbourne. You can also arrange the shipping by selecting the pick-up option when checking out.
How we protect the doors against damage during shipping
- Four corners of the door are well protected the corner protectors.
- The door frames are protected with 20mm foam strips.
- The door is covered by a soft wrap against scratches and dust.
- Two foam boards are used to protect the front and back of the door.
- Carton package.
Note:
- Barn door only, hardware needs to be purchased separately
- If you are not installing the doors right away, please put the doors in a flat position against any misshape.
- As the barn doors are custom-made products and vary from order to order, they will not be re-sellable if returned. We do not accept any swap or return for barn doors unless the item is factory faulty. So please make a careful selection when placing your order.
