Shipping Information

  •  For barn doors, standard shipping rates generally apply to most addresses in QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and ACT. Additional shipping charges may apply to regional or remote addresses in these states. For WA, TAS and NT, please contact us before ordering if you need a shipping quote, as carrier charges can vary by location. Only standard shipping cost will auto-apply at checkout.
  • The standard shipping rate for one door starts at $119 or $139, depending on the door size. Shipping charges generally increase by $40 for each additional door.  Additional carrier charges may apply to regional or remote areas.
  • For hardware kits, Including barn door hardware ,we offer FREE shipping directly to your door for anywhere in Australia.
  • For handles, locks and accessories, the shipping cost is $15 per order. For orders over $120, it is free shipping.
  • For barn doors, it usually takes 3-5 business days to dispatch.  For hardware, handles and locks, orders will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.  
  • The estimated transit time is 5-10 working days for metropolitan and regional areas.  
  • If your order both barn doors and hardware, due to the differences in package sizes, we ship them separately. They may arrive on different dates. 
  • A physical delivery address and contact number are required for delivery of barn doors. We cannot ship to PO boxes. 
  • We offer Free Pick-up for barn doors from our store in Melbourne. You can also arrange the shipping by yourself by selecting the pick-up option when checking out.

 

（1） How are the barn doors packed and protected during the shipping?
The barn doors are well protected during shipping. The door will be wrapped with foam paper and put in a carton with additional protection on the four corners. We will also add a wooden frame outside the carton to protect against any collision during shipping.

（2） How long does it take to ship my order and what is the transit time?
For hardware, handles and locks, orders will be dispatched in 2-3 business days. For barn doors, it usually takes 3-5 business days to get them ready to ship, depending on which kind of doors you order.

The estimated transit time is 5-10 working days for metropolitan and regional areas.


（3） Can I pick it up from your store or arrange the shipping by myself?
Yes, you can pick up the items from our store in Melbourne. Alternatively, you could arrange the shipping by yourself by selecting the pick-up option when checking out.

（4） Can you ship to a PO box?
For hardware and handles, we can ship to PO boxes.

For barn doors we cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical delivery address and contact number are required for delivery.
